The system is compatible with a wide range of aerospace materials, completes random loading and batch continuous inspection of parts without the need for customised fixtures, and automatically plans the optimal scanning path. Using non-contact imaging technology, the system captures images of a single weld within seconds in accordance with international standards, accurately identifies internal defects such as porosity and cracks, and automatically generates a structured report with quantitative parameters. All inspection data is tied to the unique identification of the part and archived in real time, forming a complete traceable quality record. The system significantly improves the inspection efficiency and qualification rate, while effectively reducing the dependence on special tooling and labour costs, providing an intelligent solution for
