It combines three core technologies: automatic centring of parts, 3D gripping and automatic control of the welding process.<\/p><p>Through the vision system 3D scanning parts shape, drive the robot to grab the parts, automatic alignment welding, the whole process without human intervention. The equipment scanning, identification, gripping, welding as a whole, reducing the traditional process on the level of technical dependence on workers, free from the traditional welding on the jigs and fixtures bound. Through the unique technology integration, it not only significantly improves the consistency and precision of assembly positioning, but also realises the digital control of the production process, ensures the stable and reliable quality of every weld, and helps the aviation manufacturing enterprises to meet the stringent quality standards in the key process links, and at the same time, significantly enhances the independent controllability of the production process and the overall quality
