Surface Defect Measuring Instrument
The Surface Defect Gauge ADR M100 is a portable tool designed to accurately quantify small surface defects in the field.It can quickly acquire defect contours of complex surfaces, semi-open blind zones and other hard-to-reach areas through its unique non-destructive compound shape extraction technology, and use the built-in high-precision measurement system to collect 3D data on the compound shape contours.
Compact body, easy to carry, can break through the traditional inspection means of scene limitations, and effectively solve the “non-disassembly inspection”, “complex surface measurement” and “on-site instant decision-making” and so on. The instrument can accurately measure the depth of damage. The instrument can accurately measure the depth, length, width, area and other multi-dimensional data of the damage, to make up for the limitations of the traditional calipers can not measure the depth, and at the same time to adapt to all kinds of complex surfaces, to overcome the measurement bias of the traditional gauges.
