Blade Surface Inspection Equipment
The blade surface measurement system is specially designed for the high standard inspection needs in the aerospace field. Through high-precision 3D data acquisition and intelligent analysis of the complex surface of the blade, it realises the whole process of automated inspection from defect identification to dimensional measurement.
The system is capable of obtaining the complete profile data of the blade surface without contact, accurately identifying cracks, scratches, pits, coating peeling and other defects, as well as accurately measuring key dimensions such as the thickness of the blade body and the diameter of the air film holes at the micrometre level. Combined with automated loading and unloading and positioning mechanisms, the system can efficiently complete continuous inspection and sorting of batch blades, significantly improving inspection efficiency and consistency. Equipped with highly stable hardware and intelligent analysis algorithms, the system automatically classifies and quantifies defects and generates visual reports while ensuring reliable measurement data. All inspection results are bound to the blade's unique ID and automatically archived, forming a traceable quality data chain and providing a solid basis for process improvement and quality control.
