IIOT platform assumes an important role in the intelligent manufacturing system: at the level of the underlying architecture, it assumes the role of network communication and data collection with the underlying equipment; at the level of the upper application, it is the information bridge between the MES system and the digital equipment. The platform has the ability of two-way collaboration, on the one hand, it receives and executes the production instructions from MES system, including process parameters, CNC program transmission and other equipment-level operations; on the other hand, it feeds back the real-time collected equipment production information to the upper MES, ERP and other systems through intelligent analysis and processing, as the basis for their accurate decision-making.
